3. Scoring and Evaluation: Each nomination is evaluated based on predetermined scoring criteria. Evaluators may consider factors such as impact, leadership, innovation, advocacy, and collaboration.

4. Selection of Finalists: After scoring and evaluation, finalists are selected based on the highest scores or rankings. These finalists are typically notified and may undergo additional verification or interviews.

5. Final Selection: A final selection committee or panel reviews the finalists’ profiles, conducts interviews or presentations if necessary, and makes the ultimate decision on award recipients.

6. Announcement and Recognition: Awardees are announced and recognized at a formal awards ceremony or event. They receive the award, which may include a certificate, trophy, monetary prize, or other forms of recognition.
