The Bahamas Nurses Union’s advocacy program focuses on improving conditions for nurses in public healthcare. The culmination of these efforts is a significant milestone: a 5-year signing agreement that solidifies these improvements, ensuring sustained support for nurses’ well-being and professional growth.
